Reverse circulation drill rigs
The Rock Assassin
Reverse Circulation Drilling (RCD), also know as airlifting, is a form of hydraulic circulation drilling that uses compressed air to flush material cuttings out of the drill hole. Known for their high performance, efficiency and reliability, Reverse Circulation Drill Rigs can drill through any difficult soil condition, including solid rock.
This drilling methodology enables the advancement of large-diameter borings in formations ranging from unconsolidated geology to hard and fractured rock. Yet, it is a non-invasive drilling process that preserves sensitive ecology both above the ground and below the surface.
An RCD is the best solution for dealing with:
Large Diameters Holes (more than 800mm)
Deep Depth (more than 20m)
Hard Rock Drilling (~350 MPa)
Bore Piling in Marine Conditions
RCD Equipment Components
Drill String: Two sizes of drill pipes (NW200 & NW300)
Drill Rod Pipe Stabilizer: Recommend 1 stabilizer for every 3 drill rod pipes
Drill Bits: Three types of roller cutters each designed for different soil conditions

When you’ve got an extremely difficult situation at hand, you can’t trust just anyone. You need a highly skilled operative. That’s when you call in what we’ve nicknamed the “Rock Assassin.” With its ability to control cuttings and minimize impact on the surrounding environment, an RCD is ideal for any clandestine operation.
